Clean, comfortable and welcoming. Friendly owners and delicious breakfast.
But struggled with Wi-Fi connection in room, however we were not stuck for it as lots to do in Keswick.

Xueyan and Kevan friendly hosts. Lovely spotlessly clean guest house. Excellent breakfast. Ample parking and only 2 minutes walk to town centre. Very enjoyable. Would definitely recommend. Only downside for us, room 3 had bed up against the wall and both of us being in our late 70s it was a bit of a struggle climbing over each other. Ha ha.!

I stayed for 2 nights and I would definitely stay again. The owners were lovely and made me feel so welcomed. My room was clean and breakfast was lovely. Perfect location being a couple of minutes walk to the main high st. Highley recommend.

Very clean well run B/B. Breakfast is presented nicely and well cooked. Room we have is decorated and looks freshly done. Free WiFi,tea making etc in room,small TV. On suite with electric shower.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, clean and fresh in room and bathroom. Great breakfast to start the day and access throughout the day if needed.

Cozy and homey stay in a fantastic location, super close to everything going on in town while you can enjoy more peace and less crowd compared with other places. You could not expect more wonderful hosts like Xueyan and Kevan who take you in like family with the warmest hospitality!
This would be the only place that i would want to stay when I return to Lake District.
